Schedules are available for the following courses:
Salesperson License - The classroom requirements to learn and pass the Massachusetts salesperson exam.
Broker License - Distinguish yourself from the majority who hold only a salesperson license.
Appraisal Courses - We are the first proprietary school in Massachusetts to be approved for educational courses by The State Board of Registration of Real Estate Appraisers.
Continuing Education - Massachusetts state law requires that brokers and sales agents who wish to maintain their license must complete 12 hours of approved CE education. (There is no exam for CE courses.)
Mortgage Lending - This course is designed for a person exploring a career as a mortgage loan originator or anyone who wishes to learn more about the loan process.
Home Inspection - This all-encompassing curriculum provides you with the knowledge base you need to successfully begin your home inspection career. This course is approved by the American Society of Home Inspectors and the National Association of Home Inspectors.
