Our courses are designed for students requiring the necessary education to become state licensed appraisers and real estate agents seeking to expand their professional knowledge of appraising.
Newcomers to the profession of appraising will need to complete 150 hours of education, complete two (2) years of experience, and pass the state exam. They will then become licensed real estate appraisers.
The basic beginner's course for both residential and commerical appraisal careers. Tuition, textbook and all study materials is $345.00. You may also download the application from our website******Classes tend to fill up quickly, please do not wait until the deadline to call for an application or to send in a completed application. The class may be full by then. Once the application is received you will be contacted by the school to confirm your registration. If payment is not received with the application the application will not be processed. If the class is full when the application is received you will be contacted and your application will be put on the waiting list in the order it was received and/or you may choose to have your application processed for the next class. *** Cancellation policy: Full refund minus $50 cancellation fee for classes cancelled from time of registration up to 48 hours of class start date. Cancellation within 48hrs a refund will not be issued.
