The American Real Estate Academy offers the following courses:
Salesperson License - Required 24 classroom hours to take and pass the Massachusetts salesperson exam.
Broker License - Required 30 classroom hours need by already licensed salespeople to take and pass the Massachusetts broker exam.
Appraisal Courses - We are the first proprietary school in Massachusetts to be approved for educational courses by The State Board of Registration of Real Estate Appraisers. Our courses are also approved for educational credit in Maine, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
Continuing Education - Massachusetts state law requires that brokers and salespersons who wish to maintain and active license must complete 12 hours of approved continuing education. (There is no exam for CE courses)
Mortgage Lending - This course is designed for a person exploring a career as a mortgage loan originator or anyone who wishes to learn more about the loan process.
Home Inspection - This all-encompassing curriculum provides you with the knowledge base you need to successfully begin your home inspection career. This course is approved by the American Society of Home Inspectors and the National Association of Home Inspectors.
