Massachusetts State law requires Brokers and Salespersons who wish to renew their license on an active status must complete 12 hours of Continuing Education (CE). Our school is licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to teach Continuing Education. There is no exam for CE classes.

Note: The classes below are set up in order to complete 12 hours in one day or in two 6 hour days. To complete the 12 hours in two 6 hour sessions you must take 2 of the 6 hour groups (A, B, C, or D). You may do this at separate times as well as separate locations.

We offer the convenience of online registration, you may pre-register by calling us at 800.462.0044 or by coming into our Waltham Main Office during normal business hours. You may also register at the door on the first day of the course.
