Foreclosures

The courses are video presentations. Each suject is split into two one hour sessions. Once the entire course is completed students will be able to print their own certificate. ***The courses are timed and cannot be fast forwarded through.
The 12 credit online course will take students 12 hours to complete and so on. However,you may sign in and out at your leisure. You may take one hour at a time or sit for all twelve, whatever fits your schedule. Students have 3 months to complete the course.

All bookstore sales are FINAL. Returns will only be accepted if software does not function properly.

Audio CD's are avilable on MONDAYS ONLY (excluding holidays) from 9:00am -4:00pm at the Waltham office.

Please be advised: Any replacement sales or broker completion booklets will be subject to a $15.00 charge.

Courses Overview

Salesperson Courses - This license allows one to work under a broker and take part in both residential or commercial real estate sales and rentals. Many offices are looking for new salespeople!

Broker Courses - The broker license identifies you as a real estate agent with at least one year of experience and allows you to open up your own office and work for yourself.

Appraisal Courses - American Real Estate Academy provides the initial courses needed to acquire an appraisal trainee license in Massachusetts as well as Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, and Rhode Island. We also offer USPAP Continuing Education classes for licensed appraisers. Courses are available in classroom or online.

Continuing Ed Courses - State law requires that brokers and salespersons complete 12 hours of approved continuing education if they wish to maintain their license on an active status. Continuing Education is required to be done within 24 months before your renewal date. Courses are available in classroom or online.

Mortgage Lending - This course is designed for a person exploring a career as a mortgage loan originator or anyone who wishes to learn more about the loan process.
